*OTP Use:*

The Customer can register a personal account on the platform by using their unique “Mobile phone number” and “Email”. The one-time password (OTP) can be changed at any time, and the Customer is solely responsible for its selection and protection. Santra is not liable for any issues arising from OTP use. Customers must enter their mobile phone number or email to login to Santra’s platform.

*When Using Santra:*

When using Santra, you must provide genuine, accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information. Notify us immediately of any changes through your Customer profile or by contacting us. You are prohibited from impersonating or misrepresenting any individual or entity, or using a false or unauthorized name. You cannot register multiple accounts under the same person. Violating this rule may lead to account termination. It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of your OTP and not share or disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for all activities and orders made through your account. If you suspect that someone knows your password, contact us immediately.

You will maintain and promptly update the Customer’s personal information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, under this Customer Agreement or at law, Santra has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the platform and/or your account of the Site. Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to use the app.

1. Santra enables Customers to order freshly cooked meals, baked goods, and other homemade delicacies from home-based businesses with ease through interactive features.
2. Santra serves as a marketplace for homemade food businesses, connecting Customers with sellers and managing the order process.
3. These businesses are responsible for providing information about their products and safety standards. The Platform does not verify them independently.
4. Homemade Food Businesses must adhere to UAE laws and regulations related to food preparation and safety while also accommodating special requests from Customers.
5. Customers must check their delivery addresses. The Platform is not liable for errors. Delivery times may vary, however, Santra will inform Customers of any delays.
6. Santra provides customer care services via phone, WhatsApp, and messaging to handle any issues during the customer’s ordering journey.
7. تمكن سنطرة المستخدمين من طلب وجبات مطبوخة طازجة وسلع مخبوزة وغيرها من الأطباق الشهية محلية الصنع من الشركات المنزلية بسهولة من خلال الميزات التفاعلية.
8. تعمل سنطرة كسوق لشركات الأغذية محلية الصنع، وربط المستخدمين بالبائعين وإدارة الطلبات.
9. هذه الشركات مسؤولة عن توفير معلومات حول منتجاتها وكافة معايير السلامة المعمول بها داخل الدولة حيث إن سنطرة لا تتحقق منها بشكل مستقل.
10. تقديم وتسويق أغذية محلية الصنع حيث يجب أن تلتزم الشركات بقوانين وأنظمة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة المتعلقة بإعداد الطعام وسلامته مع تلبية الطلبات الخاصة من المستخدمين.
11. يجب على المستخدمين التحقق من عناوين التسليم الخاصة بهم. المنصة ليست مسؤولة عن الأخطاء. قد تختلف أوقات التسليم، ومع ذلك، ستقوم سنطرة بإبلاغ المستخدمين بأي تأخير.
12. تقدم سنطرة خدمات رعاية المستخدمين عبر الهاتف وWhatsApp والرسائل للتعامل مع أي مشكلات أثناء رحلة طلب المستخدم.

*Acceptable Use Policy Description:*

You can only use Santra for personal purposes. Commercial use is only allowed with explicit endorsement from Santra. Prohibited activities include illegal actions, providing false information, and harmful activities. Santra reserves the right to take action, such as blocking accounts and restricting access, against Customers engaging in prohibited activities.

Santra has the right to investigate and remove any content that violates the Terms of Service. This includes abusive, disruptive, or noncompliant content. Santra may also monitor and edit content to ensure it meets the necessary standards. If fraudulent behavior is detected, Santra can cancel orders or suspend Customer accounts as a precautionary measure.

It’s important to note that using Santra for any suspicious activities, including conducting business with individuals or entities from countries listed under international or national sanctions, is prohibited. This rule also applies to individuals suspected or convicted of terrorism, financial crime, or any other criminal offenses. It is crucial to provide truthful and accurate information about your identity and business activities when using the App. Misrepresenting may result in account suspension or termination.

Santra prohibits the sale of items that pose a risk to consumers, including narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, products with THC/CBD, and drug paraphernalia.

Santra prohibits any products, services, or activities that promote discrimination, hatred, racism, violence, or harassment on Santra to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all Customers.

It is essential to comply with all laws and regulations regarding the sale, marketing, and safety of products and services provided by Santra. Failure to do so may result in severe consequences, including the suspension of accounts or the removal of content.

Santra does not support or endorse activities related to gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, sweepstakes, or penny auctions. Similarly, it does not permit the sale of replica clothes and products or counterfeit goods on Santra.

Santra expects all Customers to behave respectfully and appropriately towards its personnel. Any objectionable, offensive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

يمكنك فقط استخدام سنطرة لأغراض شخصية حيث لا يسمح بالاستخدام التجاري إلا بتأييد صريح من سنطرة. تشمل الأنشطة المحظورة الإجراءات غير القانونية وتقديم معلومات كاذبة والأنشطة الضارة. تحتفظ سنطرة بالحق في اتخاذ إجراءات، مثل حظر الحسابات وتقييد الوصول، ضد المستخدمين الذين يشاركون في أنشطة محظورة.

يحق لسنطرة التحقيق في أي محتوى ينتهك شروط الخدمة وإزالته. ويشمل ذلك المحتوى المسيء أو التخريبي أو غير المتوافق. قد تقوم سنطرة أيضًا بمراقبة المحتوى وتحريره للتأكد من أنه يفي بالمعايير اللازمة. إذا تم اكتشاف سلوك احتيالي، يمكن لسنطرة إلغاء الطلبات أو تعليق حسابات المستخدمين كإجراء احترازي.
